Please attend our weekly on going Body & Mind  well-being (BMW), Sessions based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT ( Talking Therapy) &, Mindfulness Meditation & Relaxation.  

Every Saturday, (3pm-6pm) Twyford Avenue, Acton, W3 9QG.
